    On Sundays many families head over to church and have a nice community time with their friends and family members. Or like we like to refer to it as, church family.

    I have a friend that I met years ago. We became friends, good friends, the kind of friendship that turns into sisterhood. The friendship that allows you to hug for minutes and with no words said be able to express ourselves. That is a rare and magical friendship and I am glad we have it.   • Party

    My husband has been rushing me and the girls all day to get ready for a birthday party. His co-worker’s little girl was turning one year old. A precious little girl. The invitation was sent through evite. The party was from 2-6pm. But, since we had just gotten the evite, we still had to drive to the store and purchase a gift before heading to the party.

  • in HER shoes…

    Both my daughters are answered prayers, they are a real blessing.

    Even before I met my husband, I had already prayed for my daughter. I prayed she would be charming, sweet and super girly. That she would have skin in a beautiful tan color, curly hair, big bright eyes. That we were going to be the best friends ever. I even had her named picked up! When she was born and I had the first opportunity to look at her eyes I felt a connection, like if we were having a conversation without any words, it was really magical. (more…)
