    Value

    Notice that I said “value” not “values”.

    At some moment in our lives we have thought that our value was based on someones opinion of us. Maybe it was a boyfriend/girlfriend, the opinion of a sibling, our spouse, the opinion of a coworker, our boss, maybe a church member or even a best friend.

    Well, here is a memo for you, “your value doesn’t decrease based on someones inability to see your worth” (repost from @madebygirl on instagram).

    The simplicity in value is realizing that God has giving you a priceless value and you are already special. When you realize your true worth in Jesus you will feel liberated from so many struggles and unworthiness.

    Your value is; priceless!

    This word has many meanings, but when I looked it up on Wikipedia I found that one of the meanings was: “Simplicity is the state or quality of being simple”. Who wants to be “simple”? No one that I know of, but for me simplicity is not a state of being simple, but the ability of finding joy in your everyday! (more…)
