For the past couple of years I have chosen a word of the year to keep me focused and remind me to make intentional steps towards a year that looks like the kind of year I want to have.

This year I chose “show up”. Show up means being present for my family, my business and my community. To take the steps needed for the for the kind of year I pray for. A year with lots of memories, filled hearts, intentional steps, many meals shared with family and friends and a business that can sustain itself and can sustain my house.
